Keamogetswe Matsho is a South African entrepreneur, executive leader and author with over 14 years of private-sector experience. She currently serves as Managing Director of Lamont Group and Maru Maphiri Group and is a shareholder at Green Leaf Holdings.

She was previously COO at Mzansi Holdings, CEO at Tocobyte and CEO at Aqua Air Africa, where she led groundbreaking innovations including the building of Africa’s first atmospheric water generation plant. She was also a non-executive director at Makhamisa Foods.
Beyond her corporate work, Keamogetswe is passionate about women’s empowerment and fostering a love of reading among young children. She has served on the board of Action Development Agency and currently chairs Maphiri Foundation NPC, focused on literacy, entrepreneurship skills and financial literacy through reading.
In 2025, she released her debut children’s book, Maphiri’s Marvellous Money Moves, combining her business experience and storytelling to teach children about financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
